hanging before a gigHere is a selection of (mostly) recent material I’ve played drums and, often times, percussion. This is not a full list and, of course, you should feel free to contact me if you are thinking I might be a fit for your project.

The Uptones

Currently in the studio working on the Uptones next release. Here’s a single released in early 2010.

Cyndi Harvell

I’ve been playing with Cyndi ever since 2007. It’s truly a great group to be a part of. Check out a couple tracks from her latest full length, “From the Echo”

  • Northbound
  • Break for It

And here are a couple covers we recorded at the Rondo studio in S.F. back in 2008.

  • One Rainy Wish
  • Stretch Out And Wait

John Howland

I play with John in Cyndi Harvell’s band and have known him for about as long as I’ve lived in the bay. Ironically, John and I grew up about 30 miles away from each other back east in Connecticut. It took both of us trekking across the country for our paths to cross. John’s a killer slide and lap steel player… dude can sing too. Check out a couple tunes from his full length, “Here to Stay”.

  • The Bright Side
  • Scartissue

Deborah Crooks

Deborah is one is the hardest working singer-songwriters I know. She seems to have no shortage of studio dates and gigs to keep the band busy. Releasing two EPs in 2010, both of which I had the pleasure of playing on as well as tracking, mixing and producing one of the tracks, “Offsides” in my Oakland studio, Lost Monkey.

  • Blink
  • Grandma Mission Blues
  • It's All Up To You

Ryan Mintz

Ryan is a grat singer-songwriter from San Francisco. I’m working on his next full-length release, “Love Letter”. We met when he asked me to play on this Single.

Kwame Copeland

Singer-songwriter Kwame Copeland did me the great honor of asking me to play on his 2010 full length, “Simple Things”. His ninja like organizational abilities made this the easiest album preparation of all time. Plus with Ben Bernstein in the producer chair “Simple Things” was a blast to be a part of.

  • Champion of the World

Key Wilde & Mr. Clarke

I recently got to record some drum tracks for these guys. If you have kids or like fun songs with silly lyrics be sure to check them out.
